What file formats does Dekupeo accept?
Dekupeo currently supports the DXF, SVG, PNG, JPG and BMP formats for part shapes, PNG and JPG for raster engrave and .gcode for gcode execution.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Dekupeo has a community tier with all, but limited capabilities. Community tier is limited to 10 parts in the nesting job and 0.3 m sheet size. This is enough for testing the software and processing small jobs.
Paid plans remove the limit and unlock larger sheet sizes and priority support.
Can I use Dekupeo offline?
The web app requires an internet connection. However, you can download Dekupeo Desktop for offline use.
It has the same features as the online version and runs locally on your Windows PC.
It needs internet only for licence verification and updates, but you can work completely offline.
Do I need a support subscription for Dekupeo Desktop?
No, a support subscription is not required for Dekupeo Desktop. With the desktop licence, you gain access to updates and support for 1 year.
After that, you can continue using the software indefinitely, but you will need to renew your support subscription to receive updates and support.
My DXF file is not imported correctly — what can I do?
The most common causes are: open contours, unsupported entities (e.g. 3D solids), or incorrect units. Follow the steps in How to Prepare DXF Files.
If the problem persists, open a support ticket from your Dashboard and if possible, attach the problematic file.
How is the subscription billed?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider creem.io. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your Dashboard.
Where can I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the Issues section in your account. We read every report.
