Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Dekupeo Nest software, including online subscription plans and desktop perpetual licenses. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record. Their terms may also apply.
Subscriptions (SaaS)
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually).
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
- If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the case carefully.
Desktop Perpetual Licenses
- Perpetual licenses are delivered immediately after purchase via a license key.
- Because the product is digital and accessible instantly, refunds are generally not provided once the license key has been issued and activated.
- If you experience technical issues preventing the use of the software, please contact us within 14 days. We will attempt to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.
Optional Update Plans
- Annual update and support plans for desktop licenses are non-refundable once activated.
- You may disable auto-renewal at any time through your account portal.
