These Terms govern your use of Dekupeo software and services, including our website, online SaaS platform, and desktop applications.

Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use password‑less authentication (email verification codes). You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

Billing & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (such as Paddle.com or an equivalent provider). They act as the official seller of our products and handle taxes, invoicing, and payment compliance. By purchasing our products, you also agree to their terms.

Licence & Usage Limits

Your access depends on the plan you purchase:

Online SaaS Plans

• NEST-FREE: max. sheet size 0.5 m, 10 jobs/day
• NEST-HOBBY: max. sheet size 0.5 m, 50 jobs/day
• NEST-WORKSHOP: max. sheet size 1.0 m, 100 jobs/day
• NEST-BUSINESS: unlimited sheet size, 200 jobs/day

Desktop Licences

• NEST-DESKTOP-FREE: max. sheet size 0.5 m , max. 10 parts
• NEST-DESKTOP-HOBBY: max. sheet size 0.5 m
• NEST-DESKTOP-WORKSHOP: max. sheet size 1.0 m
• NEST-DESKTOP-BUSINESS: unlimited sheet size

Optional yearly updates apply as listed. You may not bypass or attempt to bypass these limits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse‑engineer, modify, or redistribute the software
• use the service to violate laws or infringe intellectual property
• attempt to circumvent licensing, authentication, or usage restrictions

Output Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for carefully checking all generated outputs (e.g., nesting plans, DXF files) before using them in production. The software is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional supervision.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or modify the software at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
